Step 01
Schedule an appointment with one of your local marijuana doctors at any location throughout the State. If you don't currently have one, give us a call and we can recommend a doctor.
Step 02
Schedule an in-person evaluation with a state-certified medical marijuana doctor {that’s us!}.
Step 03
With approval, you'll receive your card via email from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Get to know our medical professionals:
Paul Conover, MD
He has been a member of the Ohio State Medical Society and Montgomery County Medical Society and has served as Chief of Surgery at Kettering Hospital. In 2018 Dr. Conover saw an opportunity to slow down from the practice of surgery but continue to heal and serve. In July 2018, Dr. Conover obtained his Certificate to Recommend for the use of medical marijuana. Shortly afterward he established Cannabis Consultants of Dayton.
Rosemary Kelly, Office Manager
She grew up near Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and moved to Ohio in the late 1980s to pursue a career
in the travel industry and to raise her family. Since that time, Rosemary has worked primarily in the medical field in various aspects of patient care with many years in practice management. During that time, she has developed the exceptional interpersonal skills that have made her an effective and well-liked manager.
